Please note that with effect from 1.3.06 post office receipts are tax invoices and they include vat which is recoverable by all registered vat traders (osek mursheh). So long as the expenditure is indeed for business purposes I have no intention (unless I hear a really good reason to) of disallowing them on the grounds that, astonishingly, as of now they do not say "makor" as required by law!!!!!!!!
