I am delighted to advise clients that, thanks to the persistence of a client and as part of our ongoing commitment to improvement of the quality of our service, we have now incorporated to our systems the option of sending out data from various Windows applications via email in PDF format.
This will impact positively, among other matters, on:
Data transfer of all kinds from bookkeeping and tax computation software
Security against tampering with MS Office documents originating in this office
Savings on paper, ink and toner
I have at this point no intention of scanning documents unless there is absolutely no alternative, since this is unnecessarily time consuming. Accordingly we are only speaking of data originating from or passing via our computers. At present we do not yet have digital signature capability on site but in cases of need this can be affixed by Eli at his Ramot office. As mentioned some time ago, I believe it is a matter of time before we will obtain that too.
Anybody who does not have this capability in their office is welcome to discuss with me how they can obtain it, legally and without charge.
